How are workers verified?

Every worker scans their Aadhaar (only genuine cards are accepted), picks the skills they can actually do, and then completes a live video KYC call with a Fixo admin.

Is Fixo free for workers?

Yes — joining is completely free. No subscription, no joining fee.

Online via UPI or card, or in cash — your choice. Either way, payment is settled after the work is done.

What if I’m not satisfied?

Only share your completion code once the work is genuinely done. Eligible jobs also carry a 30-day service guarantee — if the same issue returns, we fix it free.

Can I book for a specific time?

Yes. Choose “As soon as possible”, or pick your own date and time — the worker can only start at the time you chose.

Fixo uses live bidding. Nearby verified pros send their own quotes for your job. You compare bids and ratings, negotiate if you like, and pick the one that works for you — fair and transparent for both sides.

Every pro scans a genuine Aadhaar (auto-verified by camera), then completes a live Video-KYC call with a Fixo admin. Duplicate-Aadhaar detection ensures one person = one account. Only approved pros can go online.
